Before beginning services, each client is provided a complimentary meet and greet. This meeting takes place in your home. This provides you an opportunity to show us the location of pet related items and how you do your personal pet care routine. These meetings typically last 20 minutes to an hour. You can schedule your meet and greet after completing your profile on Time To Pet.


Time To Pet is our business management software, specifically designed for professional dog walkers and pet sitters. You will love their awesome client-focused features.


Daily dog walking visits are billed on the last day of each month and are due by the 5th of the following month. Pet sitting visits are invoiced prior to your reservation and payment is due, in full, prior to your first visit. There will be a late fee of $30 added to your invoice every ten days if we do not receive payment by the due date. 


Daily dog walking cancellations need to be made by 5 PM the day prior to avoid being charged. Pet Sitting reservations must be cancelled at least a week prior or you will be charged 50% of your reservation. Any pet sitting reservation cancelled less than 48 hours prior is charged in full. Please contact us directly in the case of an emergency.

*Holiday pet sitting reservations must be cancelled at least two weeks prior.


We ask that your provide your key at your meet and greet. Your key will be retained safely on file, when not in use, for future reservations. If you would like your key left after your last visit, please be aware there is a $10 key exchange fee for any future key exchanges. All vacation pet sitting clients must provide a key even if you have a garage code, or similar. 


Holiday reservations have a holiday charge of $7 extra per visit. This extra charge goes directly to the sitter providing service. Holidays included are: New Year's, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. This fee may be applied each day over a holiday weekend.
